When you burn your candle for the first time and the wax resets, you may notice some unevenness, lumps and bumps. These lumps and bumps do not affect the performance of your candle. This just means it's all-natural. This is a sure sign you are burning a natural wax candle !!.

Please note that due to minor temperature fluctuations during the shipping process, you may notice that the wax has pulled away from the glass. This is called a wet spot and does not affect the quality, safety, or performance of your candle. This is just pure science and should settle once the candle comes to room temperature.

We proudly use HTP wicks which are engineered for high-performance, self-trimming performance, featuring a flat-braided cotton design with paper filaments. These wicks are lead-free and zinc-free. They are designed to produce a hotter, more efficient flame and a "self-trimming" curl, which helps prevent carbon buildup. All our candles are 3-Wick candles.
